banana oatmeal smoothie recipe

1/4 cup of old fashioned rolled oats

1 banana

3/4 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of ice cubes

teaspoon of all natural honey

blend all the ingredients together for a delicious smoothie! aw aren’t i cute giving you guys smoothie recipes :) 

my easy peasy exercise routine

this is my fitness/workout post for a few people which requested it, it’s not super hard and i’m not an athlete so it’s good for everyone :) and remember to hydrate  :)

warm up: 

  • high knee jogging on the spot for 30 seconds
  • stretch
i use the track which runs around my suburb - not too sure on it’s length
  • jog for 5 minutes
  • speed walk for 5 minutes
  • skip for 5 minutes
  • repeat that over for about half an hour
  • sprint as fast as you can when you’re about 100m away from your home
i do this about 3 times a week, and make sure you stretch when you’re finished :)
every night i do my own little routine that isn’t too hard at all which is this; 

warm up:

  • stretch
  • jog on the spot for a minute then do high knee jogging for a minute
  • sit cross legged with your back straight and breathe deeply for a minute

workout:

  • 20 situps
  • 20 burpies
  • 20 crunches
  • 50 star jumps 
  • plank for  2 minutes
  • then i dance and jump around for 3 minutes to my any fun song, sort of pretend like it’s like zumba or a mosh pit
  • yoga for 10 minutes, you can youtube some yoga tutorials :)

again, finish with stretching :) you can also  find some great exercise app’s if you have an iphone to get workout ideas and keep track of your exercise :) xxxxxx
